حذف الحساب — FASTER | Delete your account

يمكنك حذف حسابك في FASTER وبياناتك الشخصية في أي وقت. الحذف نهائي وليس مجرد إيقاف للحساب.

الطريقة 1: من داخل التطبيق (فوري)

افتح تطبيق FASTER (العميل أو الشركاء) وسجّل الدخول.
ادخل على حسابي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب.
اقرأ رسالة التأكيد واضغط حذف نهائياً. يتم حذف الحساب فوراً وتسجيل خروجك.

لن يتم الحذف إذا كان لديك مشوار أو طلب قيد التنفيذ، أو اشتراك مشاوير ساري، أو نزاع مفتوح، أو عملية دفع/شحن قيد المراجعة، أو مستحقات على حساب الشريك لـ FASTER. ستظهر لك رسالة توضّح السبب؛ أنهِ الأمر ثم أعد المحاولة.

الطريقة 2: بطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني

إذا لم تستطع الدخول للتطبيق، أرسل رسالة إلى fastersupport@f2ster.com بعنوان «طلب حذف الحساب» واذكر رقم الموبايل المسجّل ونوع الحساب (عميل أو شريك). قد نتواصل معك على نفس الرقم للتأكد أنك صاحب الحساب. يتم تنفيذ الطلب خلال 30 يوماً بحد أقصى (غالباً خلال أيام قليلة).

ما الذي يُحذف وما الذي يُحتفظ به

🗑️ يُحذف نهائياً

حساب الدخول وكلمة المرور وكل الجلسات.
الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وتاريخ الميلاد والصورة الشخصية والموقع المحفوظ وكود الدعوة.
للشركاء: صور البطاقة والرخص والفيش والسيلفي وبيانات المركبة وطلب التسجيل والتقييمات.
تسجيلات صوت المشاوير (إلا المرتبطة ببلاغ استغاثة مفتوح).
توكنات الإشعارات وصندوق الإشعارات والنقاط والألعاب والمفضلة وقائمة الشهر.
العروض المعلّقة، ويُغلق المتجر (إن وُجد) ويُحذف رقمه وعنوانه.

الملفات (الصور والمستندات والتسجيلات) تُمسح من مساحة التخزين تلقائياً خلال دقائق من الحذف.

📒 يُحتفظ به (بدون اسمك)

سجلات الطلبات والمشاوير (المبالغ والتواريخ والعناوين)، والمدفوعات وحركات المحفظة وإيصالات التحويل — لمدة 5 سنوات من تاريخ الحذف التزاماً بالقوانين المحاسبية والضريبية المصرية. يبقى رقم الموبايل في هذه السجلات المالية فقط لربطها محاسبياً.
بلاغات الأمان والاستغاثة والمخالفات — بالقدر اللازم للتحقيق والالتزام القانوني.
سجل الأجهزة لمنع الاحتيال — يُحذف تلقائياً بعد 180 يوماً من تسجيله.

يُستبدل اسمك في هذه السجلات بعبارة «مستخدم محذوف»، وتُمسح الملاحظات الحرة.

قبل الحذف

رصيد المحفظة المتبقي لا يمكن استرداده بعد الحذف — استخدمه أولاً. وعلى الشريك سداد أي مستحقات قبل الحذف.
الحذف لا يمكن التراجع عنه. يمكنك التسجيل لاحقاً بنفس الرقم كحساب جديد بدون أي بيانات أو رصيد سابق.

You can delete your FASTER account and personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent — it is not just a deactivation.

Option 1: In the app (instant)

Open the FASTER app (Client or Partner) and sign in.
Go to Account → Settings → Delete account (Arabic: حسابي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب).
Read the confirmation and tap Delete permanently. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Deletion is refused while you have a ride or order in progress, an active ride subscription, an open dispute, a payment/top-up under review, or dues owed by a partner account to FASTER. The app shows the reason; resolve it and try again.

Option 2: By email

If you cannot sign in, email fastersupport@f2ster.com with the subject “Account deletion request” and include your registered mobile number and account type (customer or partner). We may contact you on that number to confirm you own the account. Requests are completed within 30 days at most (usually within a few days).

What is deleted and what is kept

🗑️ Permanently deleted

Your sign-in account, password and all sessions.
Name, email, date of birth, profile photo, saved location and referral code.
For partners: ID card, licences, criminal record certificate and selfie images, vehicle details, registration request and ratings.
Ride audio recordings (except those tied to an open SOS case).
Push tokens, notification inbox, points, games, favourites and monthly list.
Pending offers; any shop is closed and its phone and address removed.

Files (photos, documents, recordings) are purged from storage automatically within minutes of deletion.

📒 Kept (without your name)

Order and ride records (amounts, dates, addresses), payments, wallet transactions and transfer receipts — for 5 years from deletion, as required by Egyptian accounting and tax law. Your mobile number remains only in these financial records to keep them reconcilable.
Safety/SOS reports and violations — as needed for investigation and legal obligations.
Fraud-prevention device log — deleted automatically 180 days after it was recorded.

Your name in these records is replaced with “Deleted user” and free-text notes are erased.

Before you delete

Any remaining wallet balance cannot be refunded after deletion — use it first. Partners must settle any dues before deleting.
Deletion cannot be undone. You may later register again with the same number as a brand-new account with no previous data or balance.
